La Santa Barbacha is a representation of Mexico, our culture and our family. We are siblings from Central Mexico who grew up helping our parents in our little town making and selling barbacoa after church every Sunday. Later we went to culinary school in Mexico, but moved to Austin, Texas and opened our food truck, La Santa Barbacha, in 2021. It is a family business honoring our traditions of making and sharing barbacoa. We love to cook, create and enjoy food with our loved ones and the Austin community.
